Experience
Ben started his career as a resourcer, sharpening his skills through candidate management and sourcing. Gaining his ISTQB Foundation certificate in software testing within the first year. He quickly moved into client management roles where he developed a wealth of relationships with employers across the UK and Europe and found success in placing both permanent and contract test professionals.
Ben’s success led him to the opportunity to lead the recruitment of a major UK Test Consultancy, overseeing and assisting in their significant growth in the sector over his 6 year tenure.
After a successful career in test consultancy, Ben felt it was time to put his expert knowledge of the testing industry, recruitment and account management into a customised offering for clients and candidates alike to provide a recruitment experience with a personal touch and launched Saffron QA in 2019.
