Hi, I'm Ben, I founded Saffron QA in 2019, creating a pure-play software testing & quality engineering recruitment business.

For the past 20 years, my career has been dedicated to software testing and quality engineering. I have operated as a Recruiter, BDM, Account Manager & Advisor, working with many specialist test consultancies, financial services (including Insurance), banking, FinTech, InsurTech, retail/eCommerce, start-ups, scale-ups, plus many more.

I've invested two decades into growing my knowledge of the sector, helped by working alongside many thought-leaders in the testing industry.

I have supported in the growth of many testing & quality teams, delivering high performing team members. This is achieved by investing time to fully understand the organisation, culture, role and needs of stakeholders. Resulting in increased quality of recruited talent, a reduction in time to hire and a lower cost of hire.
