SOftware Development Engineer in Test - Permanent - Winnersh (2/3 days per week)
SDET required for a leading independent testing consultancy working on projects within the financial services industry.
Your role will be to design and build test automation solutions and frameworks for a number of projects. You will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance and enhancement of test automation frameworks across a range of application services and architectures.
We are looking for people with the following experience;
Good JavaScript, TypeScript and/or Java programming skills
Experience of Cypress, Selenium and/or Playwright
Previous experience of either designing or supporting in the development of test automation solutions
A understanding of continuous build, integration and source control.
Salary in the region of £45-55,000/annum

Senior Test analyst - remote/London - permanent
Saffron QA is the recruitment partner to a leading test consultancy who have an enviable reputation of delivery high calibre testing services to companies in the financial services industry. They have an immediate opening for x3 Senior Test Analyst with the below experience;
Producing test scripts, materials and regression test packs for new and amended software or services
Assisting in the specification of requirements for environment, data, resources and tools
Ability to interpret, execute and document complex test scripts using agreed methods and standards record and analyses actions and results
Maintaining a defect register
Reviewing test results and modifies tests as necessary
Providing reports on progress, anomalies, risks and issues associated with the overall project
The position will be manual, although there may be an opportunity to develop automation skills moving forward. The position will be varied and will see you testing across a number of systems, platforms and repositories.
At this time, the organisation is looking for people with knowledge of working in the banking or financial services industry, ideally wealth or investment management.
The role will involve hybrid working, but you should expect to work on client site 1-2 days per week. Client site will usually be London, but they could be further afield depending on the project. The salary on offer is in the region of £50-55,000 per annum.
